9:00 a.m.	Staff meeting
	Relax before the BIG RUSH Review manual Finish last minute things Review schedule
10:00 a.m.	BRUNCH
11:45 a.m.	Clean up
12:00 p.m.	CAMPER'S ARRIVE!! Meet the camper and parents Help move camper into tents  Discuss with parents any last minute information you need to know Once the campers are settled and parents leave, participate in choice of activities
12:30 - 2:00 p.m.	Arts & Crafts (Watch for details.) and/or Recreation: Field Sports (soccer/volleyball/parachute or Special Olympics Basketball Tournament)
2:00 p.m.	Snack at campfire area
2:15 p.m.	Campfire Welcome Camp staff introduction Talent Show announcements Counselor and Camper group introductions Each camper/counselor stands up and introduces themselves and states one thing that the camper likes (i.e. hobbies, talent…)
2:45 - 4:30 p.m.	Arts & Crafts / Rec Activity: PARACHUTE
4:30 p.m.	Campers and Counselors Dress for theme dinner and wash hands!  (Dress Theme: See Top Of Page)
5:00 p.m.	Dinner
6:00 p.m.	Campfire Entertainment
7:00 - 7:30 p.m.	Rec. Room activity for campers
7:30 -8:00 p.m.	Singing at Campfire
8:00 p.m.	Bed prep. brush teeth pajamas bathroom break
8:45 p.m. 8:50 p.m.	IN BED FOR CAMPER Lights out
9:00 p.m.	Good night camper.  Counselors excused for free time by Director - Those on tent duty will remain in tents
10:45 p.m.	Counselors prepare for bed; Lodge remains unlocked for emergencies but the LODGE CLOSES
11:00 p.m.	Counselors in tents - lights out
